This letter shall service as our recommendation for Support Services of America Inc. Ross Stores, Inc. has two national janitorial services that services over 642 stores at this time. Support Services of America Inc., is our biggest service provider servicing over six hundred (600) stores in Fourteen states around the country. They provide Ross Stores with multiple services such as janitorial, floor care, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, window cleaning, ventilation cleaning, repairs and light duty maintenance.

We have been very happy with their performance particularly their fast response to problem resolution. Servicing hundreds of stores in multiple states requires an efficient organization that understands our need and objectives, and Support Services has created a network of logistical efficiency that serves our company very well.

Ross Stores will keep expanding throughout the nation and will in the next five years reach a 1000 stores milestone. We are sure that our alliance with Support Services will keep growing and look forward in working together as a team.
