Our History
The 1990’s were a period in which Support Services of America experienced tremendous growth, not only in California, but also across America. With a clear mandate from senior management, the focus was on providing our clients with the highest quality of managed outsourced services within a broad spectrum of industries. Support Services of America established an image of a company committed to customer satisfaction.


Our Homeland is attacked
On September 11, 2001 America was attacked. It was another "unprovoked, cowardly attack" that ushered in a new type of War - a global war against terrorism. Our enemies are relentless at plotting to repeat the sneak attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon -- perhaps, once again in our homeland. Next time maybe a national monument, a historic building, a large shopping center, a crowded sporting event, a large hospital or maybe even a school. They aim to turn a free people into a fearful people.

Support Services of America is born
As the year 2000 approached, the goals for the new millennium included expanding the company into the security and safety industry. Then came September 11, and all Americans were focused on homeland security. We were determined to be part of the industry that kept America safe. Therefore, and exhaustive search was planned and conducted before we committed to a number of partnership and mergers with special enforcement and security organizations. They use the same successful model of customer focus and are committed to providing the highest quality of services within the security industry. We knew we had a winning combination.

Our Services

Support Services of America provides an elite staff of certified security officers who are a “cut-above” the industry standard. They are physically fit and have been trained in the following areas; business acumen, client information confidentiality, emergency response, restrained use of force, first-aid training and CPR for adults as well as children. They are also certified in baton, maze and weapons use. We offer a wide range of professional security services that include; foot and mobile patrol, security consulting services, client employee safety and security training seminars to help prepare your organization in the event of an attack.

Armed and Un-armed Security Officers
Support Services of America will provide professional security for a client’s facilities including the surrounding perimeter. Professional Security Officers will maintain constant patrol of the property to guard against theft and unlawful trespassing. We will provide our clients with expertly trained reception officers, who will play an important role in portraying a professional image as the first point of contact to those visiting the facilities.

Experts in crowd control
We will provide expert security officers especially trained in large gatherings and securing major events. We will post a security officer at every point of entry to the facility and at every exit. We will provide the security officers to assist with crowd control and directing traffic.

Specialists in Loss Prevention
Support Services of America will provide security officers trained in loss prevention, theft and robbery to safeguard our client’s property. Security Officers will maintain constant patrol of the perimeter and surrounding area.

Our headquarters "Central Operations Call Center" is state of the art. The latest technology in communications systems are linked with a dispatching and supervision monitoring procedure. At your request they can be equipped with in dash security surveillance video recording cameras. In the trunk of our patrol cars we carry the following tools: Digital Camera, Emergency Road Service Kit, First Aid Kit, and Fire Extinguisher.
