Mr. Fortunati studied Human Resources Management at UCLA and has an MBA from Pepperdine University.

	Thomas Persinger Chief Operating Officer Mr. Persinger has over 24 years of experience in the contract services industry. Prior to joining SSA, Tom served as Senior Managing Director of OneSource Facility Services overseeing the Southeast, Southwest and Landscaping divisions. At SSA, Mr. Persinger is responsible for all Operational, Administrative and Financial functions within SSA.



	Greg J. Bosserman Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Vice President Mr. Bosserman has over 23 years of experience in the commercial and federal contract services industries. Mr. Bosserman, in a business development and program management capacity, has successfully secured and managed over $250 million of service contracts with clients such as Wells Fargo, Honda, TJX, Macy's, Cummins, Northrop Grumman, the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA. Mr. Bossserman leads all sales, business development and marketing programs at SSA.

	Phil Leichliter Vice President of Sourcing & Procurement Phil Leichliter has worked for a number of successful Fortune 500 retail organizations. He held positions in both field and corporate management, developing and directing large organizations, and has extensive experience in Operations, Contract Services, Vendor Management and Supply Chain Dynamics.

	Noreen Aguero Diaz Vice President of Customer Service Noreen Aguero Diaz brings to Support Services of America, Inc. more than 20 years of business development and customer relations management for diverse groups. As Vice President of Customer Service, Ms. Diaz is responsible for overseeing the company's daily internal operations and management of all customer service relations/retention and staff productivity. Ms. Diaz holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from California State University, Sacramento and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.

	Dr. Miguel Angel Moreno, Ph.D. Chief Research Officer Dr. Moreno is an experienced and accomplished scientist and Professor of Physics, Engineering and Astronomy. Dr. Moreno's focus at SSA is to guide the development of new savings simulator software and innovative technologies through SSA’s Green Initiative. He plays a supportive role for the implementation of new technologies and new advanced software to generate savings for SSA clients. Dr. Moreno also has developed innovative technology programs in Microchip Manufacturing, Robotics and Nanotechnology in partnerships with USC and UCLA. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from UC Berkeley and attended Cal State Hayward. He received his Masters Degree in Atomic Physics from UCLA and received his Ph.D. Degree in two separate areas; Space Physics and Geophysics. He also holds a degree in Engineering.
