Quality Assurance - Our program will deliver the following:
1. Effective start-up service for new clients.
2. Performance appraisal program based on measured benchmarks compared to agreed upon standards.
3. Quarterly program of operational and administrative self audits.
4. Senior level quality teams for problem solving and analysis/corrective actions.
5. Weekly/Monthly customer service rounds
6. Customer surveys as needed or requested. Industry benchmarks are established and performance can be measured for continuing improvement processes.
Supervision
Our primary function are to consistently achieve high quality standards and to protect premises. To accomplish that, we focus on properly supervising our service workers, managing the service program and communicating frequently with the client.

Area Supervision: Monthly
Regional/Corporate Supervision: Quarterly
